Alexandra Whittingham

22 July 2022, 8:00 pm

Most Holy Trinity Church, Crail, Crail, KY10 3RE

Alexandra in her comparatively short career has brought youthful verve, vigour and enthusiasm to the world of classical guitar. With an impeccable technique and a soft voice she is a most creative musician. Her range of top musical awards is impressive; and she has already accomplished what many guitar players might hope to achieve in an entire career. In May 2021 Alexandra released her debut studio album My European Journey, which explores the guitar’s great coming of age in nineteenth-century Europe. The album reached No.1 on the iTunes Classical Chart as well as taking first place on The Presto Chart solely through pre-orders before its release. My European Journey sees Alexandra's passion for nineteenth-century music combine with a love of discovering lesser-known composers and bringing them into the spotlight.

Young Adults upwards (14 years plus)

Do bring your own cushion as the pew seating in Holy Trinity is not very user friendly.

Alternatively, cushions can be hired at the door to boost Church funds.
